N’Kosi Perry will enter the 2019 season with seven starts as the Miami Hurricanes quarterback. Perry’s 2018 season was erratic. He had some outstanding moments and some frustrating ones. Like Malik Rosier did with Perry this season, Perry will have Jarren Williams challenging him to be the starter in 2019.
It has been a tumultuous season at times for both Perry and Williams. Perry was suspended for the season opener for an unnamed violation of team rules during the 2018 offseason.
Williams received a one-game suspension for the Hurricanes game at Virginia Tech last month.
