Tyree St. Louis understands that playing offensive line often requires a kind of flexibility and versatility that maybe isn’t exactly required at other positions on the football field.
That’s why when his coaches asked him if he’d be willing to move from the right side of the Hurricanes’ offensive line to the left, St. Louis was unfazed.
Kc McDermott had graduated, leaving a void at one of the more critical positions on the line and St. Louis, a 6-foot-5, 315-pound senior out of Tampa’s IMG Academy, knew that not only did he have the size and power to play left tackle, he had the ability to go there and try to set the tone for the Hurricanes.
