Trevon Hill ready to make impact on 2019 Miami football team

Trevon Hill is expected to make an impact with the Miami football team this fall. In three seasons with Virginia Tech, Hill had 94 tackles, 20 tackles for loss and 11.5 sacks. The former Hokie was on pace for an All-ACC season in 2018 before being dismissed from the team. Hill had 11 tackles, 4.5 TFLs and 3.5 sacks in three games.

Hill joins Miami in what should give the Hurricanes one of the deepest defensive end rotations in the country. Junior Jonathan Garvin, redshirt senior Scott Patchan, redshirt freshman Greg Rousseau and Hill with potentially true freshman Jahfari Harvey will keep the Miami defensive ends constantly fresh.
