That 51-28 win on Saturday afternoon at Hard Rock Stadium was exactly what Miami needed after four frustrating weeks in which the Hurricanes were plagued by questions about their offensive line, the health of their quarterback, the mental state of the team and about what motivation they could possibly have left after falling behind North Carolina and Virginia Tech in the race for the Coastal Division crown.
