For those of you who know me or have seen my writing or tweets over the last 5–6 years, you know that I’m a huge fan of Coach Nick Saban. He’s my favorite coach ever, without question. I could listen to him talk about football all day long.
One of my favorite phrases from Coach Saban is “Trust the Process” or “Do your job.” Simple yet complex, especially when applied to a college football program. Coach Saban preached this philosophy in his introductory press conference at Alabama, and we saw the results—arguably the greatest run in college football history.
