Three Miami Hurricanes moved up and two moved down in 247Sports Final rankings. Defensive tackle Nesta Silvera who has committed to Miami but yet to sign a letter of intent, Quarterback Jarren Williams and offensive lineman Delone Scaife were among the risers on the 247Sports list.
