According to a report from FBSchedules.com, the Miami Hurricanes will be adding Central Connecticut to the 2021 non-conference schedule.
Citing a copy of the football competition agreement between the scholls obtained from Central Connecticut via Freedom of Information Act request, FBSchedules reports that the game will be played at Hard Rock Stadium on September 25, 2021. Furthermore, the report states that Miami will pay CCSU a $650,000 guarantee for the game to be played.
This game would complete the 2021 non-conference schedule for the Canes. Miami opens the 2021 season against the Alabama Crimson Tide in Atlanta, and has non-conference games against Appalachian State and Michigan State, both the back (hosting) end of Home and Home series’ against each team, on the books for 2021.
