For the third consecutive year, the Miami Hurricanes will be wearing a pair of rings to celebrate the team’s touchdowns designed by AJ Machado, the jeweler behind all of the Hurricanes’ jewelry.
After UM debuted its pair of Touchdown Rings during the 2019 season — which read “Hurricanes” — to complement the defense’s Turnover Chain and last year’s version saying “The Crib”, the Hurricanes unveiled the 2021 version of the rings when D’Eriq King completed a 29-yard touchdown pass to Xavier Restrepo in the third quarter of Saturday’s matchup against Alabama.
