The spring game will be a dry run for the Miami Hurricanes season opener August 24 at Camping World Stadium against Florida. Miami last played at Camping World Stadium when they defeated West Virginia in the 2016 Camping World Bowl. A handful of players from that team remain.
The most notable Miami players that played in the 2016 Camping World Bowl were the all rising Senior Linebacker corps of Shaq Quarterman, Michael Pinckney and Zach McCloud. The Hurricanes will have one open scrimmage in South Florida at Traz Powell Stadium in Miami on April 13 at noon.
