The Miami Hurricanes are set for their first spring game under new head coach Mark Richt on Saturday at Lockhart Stadium. Miami will be at Lockhart for the second straight year because of renovations to Sun Life Stadium, or whatever they’re calling it now.
While all eyes will be on the product on the field for the Hurricanes, Richt has encouraged a ton of former Miami players to come back and support, something that Al Golden did not do, and he also has a good amount of top recruits attending the game.
Miami has constantly had kids visiting campus on unofficials and the Richt hire has already paid dividend as the Canes have made a lot of noise in this recruiting cycle and it’s just getting started.
