Brevin Jordan and Asa Martin are two of a handful of Miami Hurricanes players dealing with injuries this spring. The Miami football team had a rash of injuries to their tight ends last season. Will Mallory, Michael Irvin II and Brian Polendey are all coming off of knee injuries last fall. Irvin and Polendey missed all or most of 2018.
Jordan had an outstanding freshman season. He finished in the top three on Miami with 32 receptions, 287 yards and four receiving touchdowns. With a young and relatively inexperienced receiving corps expect Jordan to make an impact again in 2019.
