Rosier is one of 30 quarterbacks on the watch list. He is returning for his second season as the Miami Hurricanes starting quarterback. Rosier set a Miami school record in 2017 with 31 touchdowns. He threw for 26 and ran for five. That broke Vinny Testaverde’s school record set during his Heisman Trophy season in 1986.
