Corey Gaynor is a backup center for the Miami Hurricanes in 2018, but could get some playing time at the guard position as well. Gaynor, who played in ten games including one start in 2017, is a product of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in south Florida. At six-foot-four, 285 pounds Gaynor has solid size for someone in the middle of the offense and adds a nasty streak to go with it.
The high school highlight tape above shows Gaynor’s mean streak and ability to finish his blocks. The former first-team All-Broward selection started the Georgia Tech victory in 2017 and played in the ACC Championship Game and the Orange Bowl Game as a freshman.
