The Miami Hurricanes baseball team could not solve Texas starter, Lebarron Johnson who pitched a 130-pitch complete game in a 4-1 Longhorns win. The Miami football program has a few open positions in its 2024 recruiting class. That should take care of itself with 37 official visitors this month.
Texas began the game with a two-run home run by star outfielder Dylan Campbell who extended his hitting streak to 37 games. That was all the Longhorns needed. In nine innings Johnson allowed seven hits, one run, one earned on a Dominic Pitelli home run, with three walks and eight strikeouts.
