When Gus Edwards injured his foot, leaving him out for the 2015 season, many ‘Canes fans wondered what would make of the Miami backfield. In previous years we were spoiled by the incredible play of Duke Johnson. Yet, we all knew he’d eventually leave, taking his game to the pros.
Now, with a couple of games behind us, two backs are starting to emerge as a solid 1-2 punch on the ground.
