Miami Hurricanes hurt by Lonnie Walker and Dewan Huell slumps

The games were there for the taking despite the difficulty of the challenges. The Miami Hurricanes blew a six-point lead with over six minutes to go in Chestnut Hill. Miami had to claw their way back from a 12 point halftime deficit to cut the Virginia lead to three but could get no closer.

One of the common themes has been the struggles of Dewan Huell and Lonnie Walker. Miami is only averaging 60 points per game in their last two games, both losses. Huell and Walker are their two healthiest leading scorers.
