Miami Hurricanes G Bruce Brown to sign with agent, stay in draft

Brown ends his two year Miami Hurricanes career with an average of 11.7 points per game, 6.2 rebounds, four assists and 1.3 steals per game. He joins his backcourt mate Lonnie Walker as Miami alums staying in the NBA Draft. Dewan Huell also declared for the draft but has not yet signed with an agent.

Brown missed the last 13 games of the season after requiring surgery for a stress fracture on his left foot. That doesn’t seem to have hurt his stock for the draft. Brown is being projected by many sites to be a late first-round pick.
