Perry is listed as number 292 in the ESPN300 and is the #9 ranked dual threat QB in the country. The 6’3-175 prospect has incredible talent both running and throwing the ball. Perry has a very strong arm and is accurate on the run. When he decides to tuck it and go, Perry is a very natural runner and has great speed. N’Kosi Perry is unquestionably one of the most talented QBs in the 2017 class and this is a great get for the Canes.
