Miami Hurricanes redshirt sophomore defensive end Al-Quadin Muhammad took to Instagram to announce that he will be returning next season to the Canes.
Muhammad didn’t really have a season that you would think he’s leaving to the NFL, but he’s had some trouble with the school, especially with how he felt they handled his suspension last season.
The decision to come back another season is the right move for Muhammad, and he’s likely to thrive under “Coach Kool” and Manny Diaz. Unlike past years, the defensive line is going to be a strength for the Hurricanes next season with the return of AQM and with Gerald Willis being eligible to play after sitting out due to transfer rules.
