Miami Hurricanes coaches want Malik Rosier’s leadership and accuracy to improve

Rosier struggled with accuracy last season. He completed 54 percent of his passes on the season. During the three-game losing streak that ended the Miami Hurricanes season, he completed only 44.9 percent of his passes.

He also threw for just 500 yards with three touchdowns and five interceptions. In the losses to Clemson in the ACC Championship Game and Wisconsin in the Orange Bowl Rosier threw one touchdown and five interceptions.

Rosier still remains the prohibitive favorite to remain the starting quarterback. Richt, his father Head Coach Mark Richt and Offensive Coordinator Thomas Brown all want to see more consistency from all their quarterbacks.
