The Miami Hurricanes were able to move back into the rankings after being listed under others receiving votes for the past couple of weeks. The Hurricanes moved up after several teams ahead of them lost. Miami will try to keep the momentum going with games against Wake Forest and at Boston College on Wednesday and Saturday.
Miami is one of five ACC teams in the rankings this week. Virginia is second in both polls, Duke is ninth in the AP and eighth in the USA Today Poll, Clemson is 16th and 15th and North Carolina is 21st and 22nd.
