After 19 years in the Packers front office former UM running back Alonzo Highsmith was named the Cleveland Browns Vice President of Player Personnel in January.
Morgan began his post administrative career with the Seattle Seahawks after retiring from the Panthers following the 2010 season. He started out as an intern and worked his way up to Director of Pro Personnel.
Morgan replaces Brian Gaine in Buffalo. Gaine left the Bills to take over as the Houston Texans General Manager. Gaine was the Texans Director of Player Personnel from 2014-16 before taking the same job with Buffalo.
