It’s a well known fact that Miami’s defense has been one of the top units in the country over the last 4 seasons. With talented players at every level, the Canes have a wealth of players who make plays, and an aggressive scheme that utilizes their talents to great success.
A big part of Miami’s defensive success in 2020 will be Safety Bubba Bolden. After starting his college career at USC, Bolden transferred to Miami in 2019 after sitting out the previous season due to an off-the-field incident. He also had to sit a few games to start the season to complete his full-year of sitting out, but then he got on the field and was an impact player for Miami.
