Miami football loses S Amari Carter on bad targeting call

The ejection of junior safety Amari Carter for the Miami football team in Chapel Hill North Carolina on Saturday was questionable at best and a poor call at worst. Targeting has to be clarified much better by the NCAA. Northwestern had a nearly identical tackle that knocked out Stanford quarterback K.J. Costello in week one.

After a review, Northwestern defensive end Earnest Brown IV did not even receive a personal foul and stayed in the game. The ejection of Carter was not because of a conspiracy theory or any hatred towards Miami.
