Reports out of Shreveport, Louisiana that the Miami football team will be missing their receiving yardage leader tight end Brevin Jordan for the Independence Bowl on Thursday was the latest blow for a Hurricanes team already missing a half dozen key players including three on offense.
Juniors, wide receiver Jeff Thomas, guard Navaughn Donaldson and running back DeeJay Dallas are also out. Without Jordan and Thomas Miami will be missing two of their top four receivers and arguably their best offensive lineman without Donaldson. Jordan, Dallas and Donaldson are all out with injuries.
