With the likely departure of rising junior tight end Brevin Jordan after the 2020 Miami football season, the Hurricanes have been reported to want to add two players at the position in the 2021 recruiting class. The commitment of four-star Elijah Arroyo to previously committed Khalil Brantley gives Miami two TEs for 2021.
Arroyo is 6’4, 210 pounds and runs a 4.6 40-yard dash according to Andrew Ivins of Inside the U. Playing at Independence High School in Frisco, Texas, Arroyo is the 329th ranked player nationally, the 13th ranked TE and 29th ranked player in Texas in the Class of 2020.
