Sophomore running back Cam’Ron Harris has had an outstanding season in a near timeshare with junior running back DeeJay Dallas who the Miami football lost for the remainder of the 2019 season with a dislocated elbow in the loss last week to Florida International. Dallas has 116 carries this season and Harris 94.
Harris ran for a career-high 138 yards on 18 carries and added three receptions for 31 yards and a touchdown in a start against Pittsburgh last month with Dallas out injured. Harris proved he can be a bell cow and handle the load as the featured RB.
