To put that in perspective, Justify, who would go on to win the triple crown, was a 4-5 to favorite in the Belmont Stakes. After Clemson, the Miami football team is the second favorite to win the ACC.
After the Hurricanes are Florida State who is a distant third at 9-1, followed by Virginia Tech. The numbers drop significantly after the Hokies. ACC Coastal Division rival Georgia Tech and the Atlantic Division’s Louisville Cardinals are both next at 33-1 to win the ACC.
