Bubba Bolden will become eligible to play for the Miami football team on October 5 against Virginia Tech per head coach Manny Diaz on the Joe Rose Show on Monday morning. Diaz discussed the impact Bolden could have during his weekly visit with Rose and Zach Krantz on 560 WQAM the Joe.
Bolden was a four-star player who originally signed with USC. He spent the 2017 season with the Trojans before sitting out in 2018 due to off the field issues. The depth at safety for the Miami football team has been depleted. In the week two loss to North Carolina the Hurricanes were down to two safeties.
