The Miami basketball program staged an epic second-half comeback to stun Purdue in the ACC-Big 10 Challenge.
The Miami basketball team outscored Purdue 44-22 in the second half to earn a 58-54 victory in the ACC-Big 10 Challenge. Miami overcame 1-17 on three-point attempts to stun Purdue without starting point guard Chris Lykes. Senior guard Kameron McGusty led the way with 18 points, five rebounds and 7-10 free throws.
Miami trailed 15-1 to open the game, 32-12 later in the first half and 32-14 at halftime before beginning their rally.
