The inking of Walker and Wong to the Miami basketball program are the Hurricanes first two signees since the Class of 2017. Miami did not sign any True Freshmen for 2018 after the fallout from the Adidas Corruption scandal. Head Coach Jim Larranaga and the Miami Basketball program were eventually exonerated.
The Miami basketball Class for 2019 only presently consists of Walker and Wong. The Hurricanes do not have any commitments beyond Walker and Wong. Expect Miami to add one or two more players to the 2019 Class. The Hurricanes have a few more scholarships to give for the 2019-20 season.
