What a difference one year makes. Last spring, the Miami Hurricanes were trying to find a way to at least partially reclaim former glory, after the once proud program had missed the NCAA Tournament for the second year in a row. Unlike last year, rather than having to rebuild a roster with freshman and sophomores, second-year head coach Gino DiMare will return almost the entire starting lineup. With eyes on TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha, Nebraska, a place the Canes were once regulars but haven’t been since the 2016 season, DiMare and his team will try to take care of unfinished business.
