Loss of WR Dayall Harris not a big one for Miami football

In two seasons playing on the Miami football team, Harris caught 19 passes for 182 yards and two touchdowns. Harris had 10 for 92 and both touchdowns last season.

Harris’ departure will not hurt the Miami receiving corps too much. The Hurricanes return all but 2017 leading receiver Braxton Berrios. They also bring in four blue-chip wide receivers in the Class of 2018. Three of the four Freshmen are four-star recruits.

Mark Pope is regarded as the best of the Freshmen core. Most outlets rank Pope as a four-star player. He did receive five from Rivals.
