Even before the season started, Brad Kaaya emerged as one of the Hurricanes biggest leaders.
He became the face of the program, assisting in recruiting and serving as an ambassador for Miami at several of the program’s youth football events. And on the field, he built on a stellar freshman season that earned him ACC Rookie of the Year honors a year ago.
Sunday night, Kaaya – who finished with 3,019 passing yards and 15 touchdowns – earned recognition from his teammates and coaches for his performance at the Hurricanes’ annual awards banquet.
