Wall spoke with Matt Winer and and Kenny Smith one the broadcast of the game NBA Summer league game between the Wizards and Miami Heat.
They asked Wall if he has any input with Wizards management when it comes to roster decisions and how well players perform in the NBA Summer League. His response was that last season Sheldon Mac was “my rookie”.
Wall went on to praise Mac for his work ethic. The Wizards star point guard said that too many players are wrapped up in the money and the lifestyle. He said he asks the younger players on the Wizards “do you want a second contract”
Wall also said that Washington needs more production from their bench this upcoming season.
