Two new players will be available to the Miami Hurricanes next season. Guard Miles Wilson sat out last season after transferring from Mount Saint Mary’s. Deng Gak redshirted in 2017-18 as a Freshman.
Wilson averaged 11.9 points per game, 3.9 rebounds and shot 36.2 percent on threes as a Freshman at the Mount in 2016-17. He was exceptional in the Mountaineers final three games of the season under pressure.
Wilson averaged 18 PPG, 9.3 RPG, 1.3 steals per game and shot 43.8 percent on three-point attempts in the 2017 Northeast Conference Championship game and the Mount’s two NCAA Tournament games a year ago March.
