Miami is barely clinging to spots in the Associated Press poll and the USA Today coaches poll following their loss to Texas A&M on Saturday.
The Hurricanes dropped 12 spots from No. 13 to No. 25 in both polls.
Miami is one of five ACC teams in the AP top 25, joining Clemson (No. 5), North Carolina State (No. 12), Wake Forest (No. 21) and Pittsburgh (No. 24). The Hurricanes will face Clemson and Pittsburgh later this season.
Additionally, Florida State is the second-highest vote-getter that did not earn a spot in the top 25.
