CORAL GABLES — The Hurricanes have been wracked by injuries in recent weeks, but there is hope some key players could return to the field soon — perhaps in time for Miami’s road trip to Clemson this Saturday.
The Hurricanes were down several starters, including quarterback Tyler Van Dyke, running back Henry Parrish Jr., left guard Jalen Rivers, defensive tackle Leonard Taylor and other key players.
Miami coach Mario Cristobal said Monday he would learn more about the status of injured players later in the day.
“I feel good about Henry Parrish,” Cristobal said. “I feel good about Leonard Taylor.
