Kuligowski coached on the Miami Hurricanes staff during Mark Richt’s first two seasons in Coral Gables. He was one of two hires for Alabama on Thursday. The Crimson Tide also hired former Arkansas Assistant Coach Dan Enos as the Quarterbacks coach and Associate Head Coach.
Kuligowski helped Miami to have the defensive line get back to a more up the field approach under Manny Diaz’s defense. He led the nation’s most productive defensive line in the country in 2017. Canes Warning examined “Coach Kool’s” impact this season when he announced he was leaving on Monday.
“Two of Kuligowski’s players were named All-ACC in 2017 and one more was named honorable mention.
