Wiggins was the 465th ranked player in the country, the 78th best wide receiver and the 77th best player in Florida per the 247 composite. The former Miami Southridge star is the only Freshman wide receiver on the Miami football team who was not rated four-stars.
Wiggins faces a tough competition this season to earn his way into the rotation at wide receiver. The Miami football team returns all of their wide receivers except for leading receiver Braxton Berrios.
The 2018 starters at wide receiver are likely to be Junior Ahmmon Richards and Sophomore Jeff Thomas.
