Sophomore guard Bruce Brown was the star in last season’s 55-50 victory in Coral Gables. He was the only Miami Hurricanes player in double figures. Brown scored 25 points in the Hurricanes victory.
Miami also won 80-69 in 2016 and 90-63 at home in 2013. The Hurricanes split the first two of three straight games against ranked teams. Miami defeated 23rd ranked Florida State 80-74 last Sunday and lost to 19th ranked Clemson on Saturday.
The Blue Devils enter the game having won two in a row and four of their last five. The won their two games against Pittsburgh and Wake Forest last week by a combined 53 points.
