Miami is pledging more money and resources to the football program under first-year coach Mario Cristobal, and one place where that is showing up is in the number of analysts on the Hurricanes’ staff.
UM had six listed analysts under Manny Diaz in 2021, but that number has ballooned to 14 under CristobaI.
“We have more quality control people, more analysts, than we’ve had before,” athletic director Dan Radakovich said Tuesday. “Football operations has grown a little bit. But that’s not unique to the University of Miami. That’s what’s happened in college football over the last several years.
