Number four starter Danny Garcia pitched a gem as he scattered seven hits and gave up three runs over six innings, well after the game was already was decided. Miami's bats were hot from jump street as they tagged Lions starter Mike Weisman for four runs in the first inning and knocked him out of the game shortly thereafter.
