Already once this season, the Hurricanes offense has had to adjust after an injury.
Now, Miami finds itself dealing with uncertainty once again after receivers Braxton Berrios and Stacy Coley were injured in the Hurricanes season opener, a 45-0 win over Bethune-Cookman last Saturday.
As the Hurricanes shift their focus to Friday's game at FAU, they don't know if Berrios, who injured his left knee, or Coley, who injured his hamstring, will play against the Owls.
What they do know is that there's little time to dwell and Miami's receivers group says they hope to respond the same way the Hurricanes' running backs did after Gus Edwards was lost for the season.
