The Canes won their second consecutive game since returning from exams, as local opponent FAU headed down the coast to take on Miami at the Watsco Center.
Miami was in control from the tip, opening the game with a 14-3 run. Ebuka Izundu was the star of the first half, with 11 points and 7 rebounds on a perfect 5 for 5 from the field. Chris Lykes was also in double-figures, with 10 points and 5 assists before the break. The Canes dominated on both ends of the floor, shooting 60% from the field while only allowing 30% shooting for FAU.
