In a statement issued on Twitter, Bryant McKinnie was disappointed in George Brown’s departure from the Miami Hurricanes football program. McKinnie stated that he was disappointed in Brown’s departure because he was one of the players who reached out to McKinnie to work with the offensive linemen.
Brown left Miami after three years earlier this week. The Cincinnati native transferred from LSU to Miami in 2016. He sat out 2016 before playing in three games in 2017. Brown was initially was the first-team right tackle for Miami during spring practice in 2018.
