After an 11-1 start, the Miami Hurricanes basketball team is on the road to begin the ACC part of their schedule. They begin the conference schedule with a 4 pm Eastern Time start at Pittsburgh. Miami is coming off of a 2-1 record in the Diamond Head Classic in Hawaii.
The Hurricanes began the eight-team tournament with a victory over Hawaii, lost their semifinal to New Mexico State and finished up with a victory over Middle Tennessee State. The Hurricanes will continue their month away from home with a game at Georgia Tech on Wednesday.
The football team is making their first Orange Bowl appearance since 2004.
