When Brad Kaaya takes the field later this summer for camp, he’ll find a team markedly different from the one around him during his ACC Rookie of the Year campaign.
The running back who finished his career as Miami’s all-time leader in both all-purpose yards and rushing yards won’t be there. Kaaya won’t have the speedy receiver that averaged 24.2 yards per catch and had 10 touchdowns, either. The tight end who led the Hurricanes with 44 catches is gone, too, as are three of the starting offensive linemen who provided protection for Miami’s young quarterback as he learned the ropes of the college game.
