Mark Richt has spent the past four months getting to learn the ins and outs of his new program.
He’s met players and their families. Signed his first crop of recruits. And last week, he wrapped up his first spring as the Hurricanes coach when Miami hosted its annual spring game at Lockhart Stadium.
Throughout that time, Richt has spoken multiple times with local reporters about the progress he’s seen from the Hurricanes, the concerns he has and what he envisions for the program going forward.
Wednesday, Richt had a chance to share some of those thoughts with out-of-state and national media that cover his new conference during his first appearance on the ACC football coaches’ teleconference.
