Zalon’tae Hillery and four-star 2017 signee Kai-Leon Herbert have yet to contribute on the offensive line in their two years in the Miami football program. Entering their third season Hillery and Herbert should have been a definitive part of the rotation for 2019.
Hillery will go into July training camp as one of many Miami offensive linemen challenging to be named to the first team. Rising junior center Corey Gaynor is as close to a guaranteed starter that the Hurricanes have on the offensive line.
Rising Junior Navaughn Donaldson and rising sophomore Delone Scaife are likely to start.
